Maybelline Color Whisper

So I made a quick Target run for somethings we needed for the house and came across these Maybelline Color Whispers in Lust for blush #25 and A Plum Prospect #100. I did a small video for everyone to see the colors a better and who doesn't like videos. I just purchased them yesterday so I will do a review on them soon also they were under $6.00 dollars at Target.

Unzipped Palette By Lorac

Hello Everyone...I hope you guys had a wonderful Christmas and received everything you wanted. Well I received this palette as a Christmas gift from my beautiful sister-in-law she knows me very well and knows how much I love makeup. I been loving Lorac eyeshadows lately and have purchased a few palettes recently at Ulta.com and on Hautelook.com. This brand has really impressed me with their quality of eyeshadows, how they easily blend, and how often I reach for my Lorac Pro Palette. I have yet to try this Unzipped Palette but I have dabbed my fingers into it to swatch in on my fingers as you can tell. So lets go through the eyeshadows...

First Row
  1. Undercover:  Semi-matte cream shade it has tiny silver shimmers.
  2. Unbelievable:  Copper color with gold and silver shimmers.
  3. Unattainable:  Light brown color with gold shimmers.
  4. Unconditional: Is a completely matte nude color that can be use in the crease.
  5. Unbridled: Is a completely matte chocolate shade that also can be placed in the corner of the eye as well as the crease.
Second Row

  1. Undiscovered:  Gold color shimmery shade.
  2. Unreal: Light gold color.
  3. Uncensored: Shimmering brown color
  4. Unspoken: Is a complete matte brown color that can be used in the corner of the eye to intensify it.
  5. Untamed: Is a shimmer dark brown great for creating smoky brown eyes.

In the short amount of time that I have this palette I would definitely recommend it, it blends beautifully, the formulation is incredible as are all the other palette. Lorac has really out done themselves with their eyeshadows. I am a Lorac fan hands down! Thank you for stopping by and checking out my blog and my take on the Unzipped palette.

My Current Holiday Nails

Hello Everyone...I just wanted to show you guys my nails. It's nothing fancy but I still wanted you guys to see. I been debating what to do to my nails for my office xmas party. Well I purchased the nail polishes from Rite Aid and the brand I used was Julie G holiday collection by Jessie girl. I wanted my nail polish to not chip so I used the asp lightless gel nail kit from Sally's beauty supplies the kit cost me about $20.00 bucks. All in all it took me about and hour to finish. I did several coats of the gel and had to wait in between coats. Finally I applied the nail polishes and did about 2 to 3 coats and lastly I used quick drying top coat. I hope you guys liked it and let me know what you guys think.

My 3-Step Winter Facial Routine.

My 3-Step Winter Routine

This is what I am currently using for my face the past few weeks. I have been trying to find a great match of different products because I don't know about you but I don't want to spend a small fortune on my facial products if the drugstore has just as good facial products as the high end stores. I been trying a few different products since starting school back you in September (I am on winter break...Needless to say I am one happy girl). Let's just say my face wasn't as smooth as it normally is but I wasn't a pizza face but I felt uncomfortable. So I mentioned it to my coworker and she said why don't you try the Neutrogena Acne Stress Toner with what you are already using so I been trying it and it has actually helped alot.
My morning routine is just about the same as my night routine.  I wet my face and lather up with the Ceptahil twice and then when I am done I pat dry my face with a small towel or my regular towel. Next I use a cotton round spread the toner only on my ance pron areas!!! please listen and take in account that if you decide to spread the toner your face is going to DRY OUT and FLAKE. Finally I take two pumps of my Clinique moisturizer massage it into my skin including my neck and that is my 3 step facial routine. I provided links to all the products I wrote about down below. Happy Holidays Everyone :)

First Look...Lorac Co-Stars Lip Gloss

Hello Everyone...This is my first look at Lorac's Co-Star's Lip Gloss I purchased this lip gloss at Hautelook.com in the beginning of December. I just applied it last night and had it on from 6pm to 10pm and when I say I kissed my hand and my son without transferring not one ounce of product to either my hand or my son...I am impressed!!! I went on a search to see if this product was sold at Sephora and sadly it is not I think this is a discontinued product, so I went on the Lorac website where they have only four colors but the good news is that it's on sale for $10.00. I am completely in love with this product I wish it had come in more colors. This product is definitely great for the holidays and all the parties you will be attending This was my small little take on this lip gloss I hope you guys like it and thank you for stopping by my page.

The color I have is:

Urban Decay Vice Palette:: Up Close

Hello Beaut-a-ful People...I thought that would be a cheesy first few words to my lastest post to Urban Decay's Vice Palette. Well guys I caved in and went ahead and brought the infamous palette. I told myself not too but Sephora emailed me a gift card and it all went down hill from there...lol I ordered the  UD Vice Palette from Sephora.com after lusting over it like a teenage girl over a boy she can have in middle school but that's besides the point. I ordered it and got the order in less then a week...Hurray for Sephora's fast shipping. I have only used it once so far and I am looking forward to creating some looks with this palette. If you guys want to see swatches let me know not that you guys haven't seen the millions already posted on the internet already.

Well that's all folks,

Nikk

Storage For My EyeShadow Brushes

Good Morning Everyone...Since I haven't been on here and been neglecting my duties as a blogger I wanted to come on here and just write something for you guys. I been giving this blogging and blog website some thought and that's why I took a break. I wanted to update my blog make the blog much more simpler and more inviting to you guys. Well I will try to post more and I am glad that the few followers I have haven't left me...Thank you!!! on to the fun part

This is the way I store my eyeshadow brushes before they were in a glass vase out in the open collecting dust, so I decided with a few suggestions from instagram friends that I should place the brushes in here. I love the simple sleek look and that all my eye brushes fit in here nicely. This is just a little clip to how I store my brushes maybe if more people want to see how I store my makeup and what storage I use I will post it up. Thank you taking a small part of your day to visit me have a beautiful day.

End of May...Beginning of June Haul

Sonia Kaskuck Duo Brush & Loreal Million lashes in waterproof
NYX Lip Liners
H&M Purse
LA Girl Dark Light Nail Polish
R
Revlon Matte Lipstick in Stormy
H&M

Hello Everyone I just wanted to share what I purchased in the beginning of June. I can already say that I dislike the waterproof mascara for my top lashes so I use them only for my bottom lashes. The duo fiber brush is amazing I love it for cream blush. The Revlon Matte lipstick in Storm is ok it doesn't have enough pigmentation for me. The H&M bag is my current bag and I have used it every single day since I purchased it. The other products I haven't used them yet. I will post something as soon as I do. Enjoy your day everyone see you guys soon.
