Unzipped Palette By Lorac

Hello Everyone...I hope you guys had a wonderful Christmas and received everything you wanted. Well I received this palette as a Christmas gift from my beautiful sister-in-law she knows me very well and knows how much I love makeup. I been loving Lorac eyeshadows lately and have purchased a few palettes recently at Ulta.com and on Hautelook.com. This brand has really impressed me with their quality of eyeshadows, how they easily blend, and how often I reach for my Lorac Pro Palette. I have yet to try this Unzipped Palette but I have dabbed my fingers into it to swatch in on my fingers as you can tell. So lets go through the eyeshadows...

First Row
  1. Undercover:  Semi-matte cream shade it has tiny silver shimmers.
  2. Unbelievable:  Copper color with gold and silver shimmers.
  3. Unattainable:  Light brown color with gold shimmers.
  4. Unconditional: Is a completely matte nude color that can be use in the crease.
  5. Unbridled: Is a completely matte chocolate shade that also can be placed in the corner of the eye as well as the crease.
Second Row

  1. Undiscovered:  Gold color shimmery shade.
  2. Unreal: Light gold color.
  3. Uncensored: Shimmering brown color
  4. Unspoken: Is a complete matte brown color that can be used in the corner of the eye to intensify it.
  5. Untamed: Is a shimmer dark brown great for creating smoky brown eyes.

In the short amount of time that I have this palette I would definitely recommend it, it blends beautifully, the formulation is incredible as are all the other palette. Lorac has really out done themselves with their eyeshadows. I am a Lorac fan hands down! Thank you for stopping by and checking out my blog and my take on the Unzipped palette.

Love,
Nikk

The Paris Project Palette

Hi Loves...I want to first apologize for my long hiatus from my blog with school, home, family and finals my time never seemed to be enough. Well I am back and am looking forward to posting on my blog again. I have missed you guys and for everyone that follows me on twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram thank you I really do appreciate all the kind words from everyone.

Well on to the main event which is this beautiful palette made by Sigma. It was created along with a few beauty bloggers from YouTube. The Paris Project is the perfect combination of talent, art and tradition. Seven renowned beauty experts (TiffanyD, Xteeener, DulceCandy87, Xsparkage, Frmheadtotoe, Pertrilude and MacNC40) explored the City of Lights and developed an original makeup palette inspired by the alluring city of Paris.

This is definitely a must have palette very versatile. It can go from day to night very easily. I can't wait to get my hands on it!!!

Have a wonderful weekend everyone...Love, Nikk

Party Night

Hi My Loves...I wanted to share a recent picture of myself with you guys and share the look and just brake it down for those that might be interested.

Hair: I curled it with my Cortex 4 in 1 clipless curling iron (best thing ever)

Outfit: black dress from Forever21, Madden Girl pumps in velvet black, Micheal Kors wrislet, earrings are from Forever21 a very long time ago, gold bracelets and my Express tan jacket

Makeup: I went with simple makeup I didn't want to over do my face.
I used monistat chaffing powder gel as a primer...if you haven't it's AMAZING!!!, True Match foundation in W5,   Rimmel translucent matte powder, Physicians Formula bronzer in light/medium, on my cheeks I used elf studio bronzer blush combo & elf fushsa fusion blush , for my lips I used maybellinelipstick in a mauve color with mac posh it up on top, on my eyes I used Retrospeck by Mac and winged my eyes with Physicians Formula liquid eyeliner in black.

Sorry for the brief description it was a few days ago and I was trying to remember what I used. I hope you guys liked it and if so leave me your comments and questions below and I might consider doing more of face of the night or face of the day and maybe outfits.

Thanks for reading my blog,

Nikk
